Am I A WASTE?
"To only dream of the person you are supposed to be is to waste the person you are." Wow! Is it implying that it is a waste to have big dreams and achieve them?. No, the statement is not referring to positive changes that you have to give to yourself in order to grow into a better person, instead it refers to "IMITATION OF WHAT YOU ARE NOT."Dreams, ambitions, goals, targets helps us to have purpose in life. What makes you unique is when you discover what suit you. When you discover what work for you, you are not wasting the person you are. There is this word that says "use what you have to get what you want." You can't throw away those jovial, easy going, funny type person you are just because you aspire to be like one of the celebrities on trend. Those characters are what make you fabulous and irreplaceable. Use those characters to build yourself more. When you don't appreciate yourself the way you are, you can't see the more of you.
In conclusion, imitation is Limitation. The person who trims himself to suit everybody will soon whittle himself away. When you blame and detest yourself, you can't know the more great person you are capable of becoming. There is only one life for you- your own. No one that walks in someone's track leaves his own footprints. Don't live your entire life as a stranger to yourself. No one ever become great by imitation. You must first embrace the person you are in-order to become who you are meant to be. All good things which ever exist are the fruits of originality.
